I had an exceptional stay at Complex Astra. The location was perfect, close to the bus terminal and flower street. The owner was welcoming and spoke fluent English. The staff at the bistro in front of the hotel were friendly and the food was reasonably priced. The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, and there was even a swimming pool available for guests to use. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Although the curtains didn't block out all the light in the mornings, this seems to be a common issue in many places in Bulgaria. Additionally, the fridge in the room wasn't the best for storing perishable food.

The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of all the fun and activities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always at hand to assist. The on-site restaurant was a fantastic feature; the food was fabulous and reasonably priced, and we ate there often during our stay.

The Wi-Fi was much better in the restaurant than in the rooms. It could be quite frustrating when trying to connect to the Internet.

The hotel's location was great! It was close to the beach and the town center. the staff were polite and accommodating. the New Year party was exciting with fireworks and live music. the food served was exquisite and catered to our tastes.

The heating system was insufficient, the rooms were freezing, we had to ask for blankets three times, but they never addressed the issue. the rooms were not cleaned daily, and towels were not changed regularly.

Located in a lively area close to everything but away from the unbearable loud nightlife in the center. the staff is friendly and breakfast in the restaurant is cheap and good. the room has everything necessary with a cozy balcony and the bathroom is comfortable. you can enjoy a wide terrace and even use the swimming pool.

While the Wi-Fi connection can be weak at times, it is sufficient for basic use.
